About Breeze

At Breeze, Chef Sam Pang takes the authentic flavors of Pan-Asian cuisine and refines it – taking it to a whole new level. Sample the Dim Sum Menu for little morsels that are packed with flavor or Chef’s mouthwatering Tasting Menu while dining under the stars —an experience you won’t find anywhere else. Most people are used to eating Chinese food in bustling restaurants, at traditional round tables. Not here.

The Chef

Originally from Malaysia, Chef Sam Pang has brought his own signature style to Breeze, which he honed over many years traveling and working around the world. Most recently, he led many of the Middle East’s most innovative and award-winning kitchens as Chef de Cuisine, including Hakkasan restaurants in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. Under his leadership, Hakkasan received several awards, including ‘Best Asian Restaurant’ from the BBC Good Food Awards.

His unique approach infuses authentic Asian flavors with subtle local influences, always with an emphasis on stunning artistic presentation, giving Chef Pang the opportunity to put his own ‘Sam’ spin on Asian cuisine in a way that promises to surprise and delight guests.

Restaurant Policies

Based on the invaluable feedback of our guests, we adhere to specific policies at The Dome at lebua. Our standards are designed to ensure that all guests of our restaurants and bars are afforded the pleasant atmosphere they have come to expect, and to ensure their privacy, comfort and safety.

Smart Casual Dress Code

Athletic or sports uniforms, slippers, beach sandals and flip-flops are not permitted. Gentlemen must avoid any sleeveless clothing, shorts and open shoes. Please note that our smart casual dress code applies to children as well.

Photography

Photography is permitted at our establishments, with the exception of select areas. The use of drones, tripods, extensions and external flash units are not allowed.

Children

Children aged seven and older are welcome at Breeze if accompanied by an adult. Our smart casual dress code is applicable to children as well. Bar entrants must be at least 20 years of age.
