It begins with a shared devotion to Italian excellence. Sirocco by lebua’s Two-Fork Chef Brian Rodriguez and La Devozione NYC’s Three-Fork Chef Alessio Rossetti unite for three evenings of pure Italian mastery, high above the Bangkok skyline.

THE CHEF

Chef Brian Rodriguez embarked on his culinary journey in Piobbico, Italy, where he honed his skills at Osteria del Parco under the guidance of Chef Samuele Ferri. Motivated by Ferri’s mentorship, Brian set off to Melbourne, Australia, initially planning a short stay that stretched into five transformative years. Upon returning to Europe, he gained experience in a vibrant culinary scene before continuing his culinary adventures in different countries.

Embracing seasonal ingredients, Brian finds inspiration in spring's abundance, creating light and refreshing dishes that celebrate nature's bounty. Balancing personal preferences with guest desires, he prioritizes taste and quality over extravagant plating techniques, ensuring memorable dining experiences. Happiest in the kitchen, Brian thrives on creating new dishes and witnessing diners' enjoyment. Despite mastering complex flavors, he maintains a fondness for simple, comforting foods. As an Executive Chef of Sirocco restaurant, Brian continues to elevate dining experiences with his culinary expertise, offering guests a unique and unforgettable journey through his dishes.

Chef Alessio Rossetti , Executive Chef

Executive Chef Alessio Rossetti brings a refined, modern approach to Italian cuisine at La Devozione NYC. Born in Caserta, Italy, he trained in prestigious kitchens across Europe, including Bulgari, Four Seasons, and Dispensa Pani e Vini, before moving to New York where he held key roles at SD26 and Black Barn. Rossetti’s cuisine is defined by the use of seasonal ingredients, presented through modern techniques such as sous-vide and cold smoking, while preserving the essence of traditional Italian flavors. His vision is to offer guests “the taste of 21st-century Italy” through a refined and contemporary expression. Under his leadership, La Devozione NYC has earned significant acclaim, including MICHELIN recognition, three forks from Gambero Rosso—a first for a New York restaurant—and a ranking as the 16th Best Italian Restaurant Outside of Italy by 50 Top Italy.
