This Two Michelin star restaurant is the very definition of culinary precision: a finely choreographed dance, led by maestro Vincent Thierry.

About Chef's Table

Two Michelin starred Chef’s Table invites you to experience cooking, dining and service —as high art. The kitchen at the heart of Chef’s Table is itself a masterpiece: a Molteni stove in cream in brass, wrapped in Michelangelo’s favorite Carrara marble. And the crown jewel—a brass-plated stainless steel hood, with rings crafted by a Thai artist to emulate a Buddhist monument. A fine example of both form and function, this opulent custom-designed hood is part of a ventilation system that makes it possible to put our kitchen right in the middle of the restaurant. Many use the term ‘open kitchen,’ but there’s never been one like this.

Naturally, each of the restaurant’s 46 seats is oriented toward the chef’s table, inviting you to absorb every act of our culinary performance: course after course of world-class French fare, precisely prepared by Chef de Cuisine Vincent Thierry and his team, then served to you by intuitive and informative wait staff. Chef Profile

Vincent Thierry grew up in the Loire Valley, often called ‘the garden of France,’ famous for wine, goat’s cheese, and fresh vegetables. His interest in good food began at a young age at his family dinner table. He went on to hone his skills in Michelin-star kitchens across France before opening Hong Kong’s renowned Caprice.

Chef Vincent’s cooking ethos is “classic French cuisine served with simplicity”. He doesn’t believe in overloading the plate with too many ingredients, and considers himself a cook first and an artist second. For him, constructing an extraordinary dining experience is about listening to his guests—exploring their tastes and preferences, then infusing his own creativity. And at Chef’s Table he has ample opportunity to do just that.

RESTAURANT POLICIES

Based on the invaluable feedback of our guests, we adhere to specific policies at The Dome at lebua. Our standards are designed to ensure that all guests of our restaurants and bars are afforded the pleasant atmosphere they have come to expect and to ensure their privacy, comfort and safety.

SMART CASUAL DRESS CODE

Athletic or sports uniforms, slippers, beach sandals and flip-flops are not permitted. Gentlemen must avoid any sleeveless clothing, shorts and open shoes. Please note that our smart casual dress code applies to children as well.

CHILDREN

Children seven years and older are welcome at our restaurants however the dress code applies to children at our restaurants. Bar entrants must be at least 20 years of age.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Photography is permitted at our establishments, with the exception of select areas. The use of drones, tripods, extensions and external flash units are not allowed.

CANCELLTION AND AMENDMENT

Reservations can be amended or canceled up to 72 hours prior to the reservation time without incurring any charge.

Any cancellation, no-show or amendments made less than 72 hours prior to the reservation time will forfeit the deposit. Once we receive your booking inquiry, we will send you an email with a link to an online payment gateway system called “Red Dot Payment”, a secure online way of paying with your credit card. Please note that we cannot guarantee your booking until this deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy

Any reservation made by a guest/company can be amended or canceled up to 72 hours prior to the reservation time without incurring any charge. Any cancellation, no-show or change made less than 72 hours prior to the reservation time will incur a cancellation fee of the deposit which will be applied without any prior notice. The deposit will be adjusted against dinner at the restaurant.

Luggage

We regret that we cannot provide storage for your personal belongings such as backpacks, shopping bags, suitcases or other luggage.
