Our Signature Set Menu brings together time-honored classics, elevated with subtle refinements that respect their original essence. This menu showcases the pinnacle of French craftsmanship, featuring standout creations like the Bluefin Tuna Tart, Atlantic Scallop paired with Jerusalem artichoke, Périgord black truffle, and onion emulsion and culminating with the Vanille Bleue Tart, adorned with ruby pomelo mosaic and a white beer sorbet

The journey begins with Alaskan King Crab Salad, paired with cucumber, green apple, and Caviar Impérial De Sologne, followed by Normandy Sole Fillet with Périgord black truffle, leek, and brown butter emulsion. The experience ends on a bright note with Corsica Clementine Vacherin, finished with chestnut and orange blossom chantilly.

Chef Profile
Vincent Thierry grew up in the Loire Valley, often called ‘the garden of France,’ famous for wine, goat’s cheese, and fresh vegetables. His interest in good food began at a young age at his family dinner table. He went on to hone his skills in Michelin-star kitchens across France before opening Hong Kong’s renowned Caprice.

Chef Vincent’s cooking ethos is “contemporary French cuisine served with simplicity”. He doesn’t believe in overloading the plate with too many ingredients, and considers himself a cook first and an artist second. DRESS CODE
To ensure a pleasant and elegant atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask everyone to adhere to our dress code.
Not permitted: Athletic wear, swimwear, sleeveless shirts (for men), flip-flops, and beach slippers.
Smart elegant attire for Chef’s Table, Mezzaluna and Pink Bar
- For Women: Elegant tops, blouses, dresses, skirts, tailored shorts, and dress sandals are appropriate.
- For Men: Collared shirts and long trousers are required. T-shirts, sleeveless clothing, shorts, and caps are not permitted. Long jeans are acceptable when paired with covered shoes.
Dress codes and policies apply to all guests, including children.
CHILD POLICY
- Children of all ages are welcome at Sirocco and Breeze.
- At Mezzaluna, Chef’s Table, Sky Bar, and The Flute Bar, children aged 7 and above are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
- Distil Bar, Alfresco 64, lebua No.3, and Pink Bar are for adults only (20+).
PHOTOGRAPHY
We encourage you to capture memorable moments during your visit. Photography is allowed in most areas of our establishments, except where signage indicates otherwise. Please note that tripods, extension poles, and external flash units are not permitted.
LUGGAGE
To ensure a comfortable and seamless experience for all guests, we kindly ask that backpacks, shopping bags, suitcases, and other large luggage items not be brought into our venues. Please be advised that luggage storage is not available at this time.
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY
A deposit is required to guarantee your reservation and will be deducted from your final bill at the restaurant. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Reservations may be amended or canceled up to 72 hours prior to the reservation time without any charge. Cancellations, no-shows, or changes made less than 72 hours in advance will result in the deposit being retained as a cancellation fee without prior notice.
For special event dates (such as New Year’s Eve, Christmas Eve, and Valentine’s Day) and group reservations, a 100% non-refundable deposit is required in advance. This deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be applied to other reservations, events, or functions in case of cancellation or no-show.
