Bangkok, Thailand – 21 October 2025 — Another proud milestone for Mezzaluna by lebua, as the two-Michelin-starred restaurant has been named among Asia-Pacific’s Best 100 Restaurants 2025 by the Tatler Best Awards. This honour reinforces Mezzaluna’s position as one of the region’s leading culinary destinations where artistry and emotion come together on every plate.

From the very place where lebua’s Michelin journey began, Mezzaluna continues to redefine fine dining through a harmonious balance of French precision and Japanese influence. Under the leadership of Chef Ryuki Kawasaki and his exceptional team, each creation reflects the restaurant’s enduring philosophy which is to let nature’s finest ingredients express their purest form through artistry, precision, and emotion.

This recognition from Tatler not only celebrates Mezzaluna’s commitment to the art of gastronomy but also honours the collective passion, teamwork, and creativity that shape every guest experience.

“We are deeply honoured to be acknowledged among Asia-Pacific’s most celebrated restaurants,” said Chef Ryuki Kawasaki, Executive Chef of Mezzaluna by lebua. “This recognition belongs to our entire team and to our guests, whose trust inspires us to continually push the boundaries of creativity and excellence.”

A New Chapter of Creativity “Introducing Table 11”

Building upon this spirit of innovation, Mezzaluna by lebua proudly unveils Table 11, an extraordinary dining experience unlike any other. Positioned as the only table facing the open kitchen, it offers a rare, front-row perspective into the creative process as an intimate stage where culinary artistry unfolds in real time.

At this table, no two nights are ever the same. Each evening is designed around the season’s freshest ingredients and Chef Ryuki Kawasaki’s inspiration in the moment, making every visit a one-of-a-kind journey, personal and unrepeatable.

Inviting guests to place their trust entirely in the chef’s hands, the Carte Blanche experience unfolds as a five-course journey led by instinct and emotion. There is no fixed structure as dishes may be introduced by the chefs themselves, the pastry chef, or members of the service team allowing guests to meet the personalities behind the cuisine. Table 11 is limited to one reservation per evening and priced at THB 12,000++ per person, inclusive of a welcome drink.

The Season’s Story — Autumn and White Truffle Menus

Coinciding with these exciting developments, Mezzaluna by lebua introduces its Autumn Menu, capturing the poetic transition of the season through a dialogue between flavour and feeling. Each creation embodies Chef Ryuki Kawasaki’s harmony of French technique and Japanese purity, using seasonal ingredients to express nature’s quiet beauty.

Complementing the seasonal menu, Mezzaluna also unveils its White Truffle Menu, celebrating Italy’s most coveted culinary treasure. Available for a limited time, these dishes elevate the dining experience with the truffle’s delicate aroma and profound depth, a tribute to simplicity, seasonality, and restraint.

Redefining the Art of Fine Dining

From its recognition among Asia-Pacific’s Best 100 Restaurants 2025 to the debut of Table 11 and the launch of its seasonal menus, Mezzaluna by lebua continues to lead the dialogue of fine dining in Thailand and beyond. Every innovation reaffirms the restaurant’s vision that the truest form of luxury lies not in abundance, but in authenticity, trust, and emotion.
