"We picked Lebua for our first night in Bangkok, and BOY did our trip get off to an amazing start. The entire staff is SO amazing. They treat you like royalty! The rooms are amazing. We got a huge room with 2 queen sized beds for 2 of us. Such a blessing after a red-eye flight! Our room was equipped with a kettle, an oven, a stove, a coffee maker, a TV. The bathroom was spacious too. Be sure to check out the Skybar on the 64th floor in the evening. Stunning views on offer. The breakfast spread was brilliant! Keep at least one hour for the breakfast if you wish to really make the most of it. The spa was great too. Exceptionally well maintained sauna and steam rooms. Definitely staying here again whenever I visit next!"

"This hotel exceeded our expectations in every area - they made us feel very special. Starting with the reception, we were allocated a room which considered the fact I had 3 small children with all the right amenities such as a baby cot (actually a proper cot, not a travel cot!). Add to this the breathaking views over the city and we were happy. Bed linen and furnishings were premium. Amenities were plentiful. We had lounge access which meant free soft drinks in the room. The washing machine and microwave also came in very useful. As for the lounge access itself, it was excellent with great food, drinks and service. Breakfast was lavish with every possible palate catered towards. Pool and gym facilities were good. The concierge services deserrve a special mention due to their down to earth knowledge - the fact they could advise the options for sightseeing and what you should be paying so as not to get ripped off, which quite easily happens in Thailand. All in all, difficult to fault this hotel and i would return if i return to Bangkok."

"My friend and I booked this hotel for night of luxury and we were not disappointed! From the moment of entering the building right until after check out, we could not have asked for better service. Check in was a very smooth process. The gent that was dealing with our check in was very friendly and personable! We were then escorted to our room by a lady who was very knowledgeable and approachable. Our room, WOW! We were on the 57th floor and the views were amazing! The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the bathroom was fabulous! We took part in the cocktail class, which I’d definitely recommend doing! Over all, fantastic hotel with AMAZING service. Would come back again but stay for longer!"
