This partnership reflects the award’s international recognition of Italian restaurants at the highest level around the world. Taking place from 19th to 21st May for three nights only, from 5:30 PM to 11:30 PM, the perfect time to enjoy the Bangkok evening at its most captivating. Together, the chefs orchestrate a refined dialogue between plate and glass, where flavour, texture, and aroma unfold with precision, restraint, and artistry. Marking the beginning of an international culinary exchange, the collaboration will also extend beyond Bangkok as Chef Brian Rodriguez joins Chef Alessio Rossetti in New York for a forthcoming guest-chef experience.

Chef Brian Rodriguez: The Force Behind Sirocco’s Culinary Excellence

Chef Brian Rodriguez embarked on his culinary journey in Piobbico, Italy, where he honed his skills at Osteria del Parco under the guidance of Chef Samuele Ferri. Motivated by Ferri’s mentorship, Brian set off to Melbourne, Australia, initially planning a short stay that stretched into five transformative years. Upon returning to Europe, he gained experience in a vibrant culinary scene before continuing his culinary adventures in different countries.

Chef Alessio Rossetti: Redefining Italian Gastronomy in New York

Executive Chef Alessio Rossetti brings a refined, modern approach to Italian cuisine at La Devozione NYC. Born in Caserta, Italy, he trained in prestigious kitchens across Europe, including Bulgari, Four Seasons, and Dispensa Pani e Vini, before moving to New York where he held key roles at SD26 and Black Barn. Rossetti’s cuisine is defined by the use of seasonal ingredients, presented through modern techniques such as sous-vide and cold smoking, while preserving the essence of traditional Italian flavors. His vision is to offer guests “the taste of 21st-century Italy” through a refined and contemporary expression. Under his leadership, La Devozione NYC has earned significant acclaim, including MICHELIN guide recognition, three forks from Gambero Rosso—a first for a New York restaurant—and a ranking as the 16th Best Italian Restaurant Outside of Italy by 50 Top Italy.

In this exclusive collaboration, the two chefs come together to craft a nine-course tasting journey defined by the world’s most exceptional ingredients—Hokkaido uni, Taraba king crab,  Hokkaido scallops, Kristal caviar, Blue Brittany lobster, and seasonal truffles—each selected for its purity, provenance, and depth of flavour.

From Hokkaido uni linguine to delicately composed gnocchi crowned with Kristal caviar, the menu unfolds as a dialogue between innovation and heritage. A signature spaghetti al pomodoro pays homage to La Devozione’s celebrated classic, grounding the experience in the essence of Italian tradition while elevating it through a global lens.
