Nestled within an elegant half-moon space, adorned with an unbroken halo of windows, this culinary haven graces the skyline at 65 stories high, treating guests to an awe-inspiring panoramic view of Bangkok’s illustrious landscape.
Under the masterful guidance of Chef Ryuki Kawasaki, Mezzaluna unveils a harmonious fusion of French culinary artistry interwoven with delicate Japanese influences. Guests are privileged to witness the culinary symphony orchestrated within the expansive open kitchen, where the vibrant energy, excitement, and drama of Mezzaluna’s creations come to life. The culinary journey offers guests an intimate glimpse into the meticulously curated ingredients, some of which are unprecedented in the city, alongside the cutting-edge techniques wielded by Chef Ryuki and his adept team. A personal tour of the kitchen provides an opportunity to meet the culinary genius behind the scenes.
Mezzaluna’s commitment to excellence is mirrored in the selection of only the finest seasonal ingredients, sourced from both international suppliers and local producers, including esteemed royal initiatives. Championing organic farming methods and holistic culinary practices, Chef Ryuki infuses his creations with homemade herbal oils, vinegars, bouillons, and extracts of fruits and vegetables. These elements, meticulously prepared on-site, lend depth to the smoking, pickling, drying, curing, and grilling processes, resulting in an ever-evolving, seasonally inspired tasting menu.
Recognitions and accolades have showered upon Mezzaluna, affirming its status as an international culinary gem. The esteemed ‘Foodie Top 100 Restaurants: Europe, UK and Asia Pacific’ list by www.foodie.com featured Mezzaluna in 2013. The restaurant basked in the glory of being crowned ‘2011-2013: HAPA Restaurant of the Year, The Best in Asia’ by The Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards. It also secured a spot in the prestigious ‘Top 20 Restaurants’ by Thailand Tatler Best Restaurants 2018. In 2017, KOKTAIL Magazine’s ‘Thailand’s Favorite Restaurants’ awarded Mezzaluna the top spot with an impressive 96.2 out of 10, an accolade it retained in 2022. The crowning achievement remains the MICHELIN Two Stars, a testament to Mezzaluna’s unwavering dedication to culinary excellence, upheld consistently over the years. Furthermore, in a testament to our commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience, Mezzaluna was bestowed with the prestigious 2023 MICHELIN Thailand Sommelier Award. Mezzaluna’s commitment to excellence continues to shine with new accolades from the World Culinary Awards, where it was recognized as the ‘World’s Best Hotel Restaurant in 2022 and ‘World’s Best Fine Dining Hotel Restaurant 2023′.’ In 2007, the restaurant’s pre-eminence among international dining destinations was confirmed when it hosted the Epicurean Masters of the World II gala dinner, a prestigious event featuring six three-star MICHELIN chefs. This extraordinary culinary affair, priced at 1 million Baht (USD 30,000) per person, is regarded as one of the most exclusive and expensive in the world.
The Design Concept
The interplay of color, light, presentation, and style envelops diners in a multisensory journey. The sense of ‘having arrived’ at this Bangkok icon begins with the ascent up the polished teak double staircase to the dining room where each table is carefully positioned to impart a sense of privacy.
In a recent transformation, Mezzaluna has undergone an exquisite renovation, reimagining the iconic half-moon space to encapsulate the enchanting allure of Bangkok’s skyline. The design ingeniously marries the timeless elegance of simplicity, employing a captivating interplay of black and white contrasts. This harmonious fusion of elements breathes new life into the space, creating an ambiance that perfectly complements the culinary journey, reaffirming Mezzaluna’s commitment to providing an unparalleled dining experience.

Chef’s Table Bangkok celebrates the art of mastery by seamlessly blending a state-of-the-art kitchen with refined French dishes, offering a completely new culinary experience right before the guests’ eyes. As the world’s first restaurant located within the kitchen, every table enjoys a front-row view of the craftsmanship, dedication, and artistry involved in creating world-class cuisine. In just eight months after opening, it earned its first MICHELIN star, and the following year, it received two MICHELIN stars, solidifying its distinction in the culinary world. This achievement also makes lebua Hotels & Resorts the only hotel globally with two, two MICHELIN-starred restaurants under one roof.
At the heart of Chef’s Table lies its kitchen; this is where the magic happens. The exquisite Molteni stove, a true work of art, had to be disassembled into four parts to be moved to its new home on the 61st floor. This engineering feat, initially considered impossible by many, is complemented by a highly technological ventilation system that keeps all smoke and odors contained, creating an alluring aesthetic contrast with the romantic Carrara marble that surrounds it. The champagne-bronze palette serves as a stunning backdrop to the architectural magnificence.
Since its opening in early March 2019, Chef’s Table has garnered praise from gourmands for its innovative yet classic approach, paying homage to the rich history of traditional French cuisine. Described as “timeless French cuisine with simplicity and unpretentiousness,” each dish has an intimate story behind its inspiration and is personally served by the chefs. Around 80% of the ingredients are sourced from Thailand, with the remaining consisting of premium imports not readily available locally.
At Chef’s Table, intimacy and drama are served alongside exquisite cuisine, with circular bay windows offering panoramic views of Bangkok’s skyline. Each table offers a private dining experience while allowing for interaction with the chefs, providing an almost voyeuristic view of the kitchen. The double-volume ceiling and windowed walls grant guests awe-inspiring vistas of the Chao Phraya River and the twinkling city lights.
Offering a fresh and invigorating approach to fine dining, Chef’s Table provides an intriguing contrast of elegance and theater, tradition and technology, creating a truly unique gastronomic experience.

Breeze is an accolade to Chinese cuisine, and its rising stature among connoisseurs. Situated high above Bangkok on the 51st and 52nd floors of the Lebua Tower Club, the restaurant is celebrated as the ‘new face of Chinese dining,’ a remarkable venue where design, culinary mastery, and service converge to create an unforgettable evening. Featuring a sumptuous menu that stays true to its authentic Chinese heritage while pushing the boundaries of presentation, Breeze breathes new life into ancient traditions, bridging the past with the present and onward to the future. This achievement stands as a testament to the chef’s reverence for culinary heritage and a deep-seated passion for freshness, flavor, and the aesthetics of haute cuisine. Within the elegant, modernist setting of Bangkok’s highest open-air Chinese restaurant, this culinary artistry is complemented by an impressive wine collection of 3,000 bottles, unparalleled hospitality, and unobtrusively impeccable service provided by Breeze’s multilingual and highly knowledgeable servers.
With China 2020 – the most recent landmark event in Breeze’s quest to present guests with an innovative new vision of authentic Asian cuisine – diners can now experience an exclusive preview of the future of Chinese dining. Based on Chef Sam Pang’s predictions of what Chinese cuisine will look like in six years, the new China 2020 à la carte menu is a fully interactive dining experience. Guests, for example, can mix their own cocktails using unexpected ingredients before cracking open a salt rock served in an elegant wooden box to reveal the feast within, and roll the dice to let fate determine the lucky sauce that will accompany their Omi Beef.
In 2014, Breeze earned recognition from USA Today as one of the world’s “top 10 most cutting-edge restaurants,” while Thailand Tatler honored it as one of ‘Thailand’s Best Restaurants’ for the fourth consecutive year. In 2013, Breeze secured the titles of ‘Restaurant of the Year, HAPA Best 10 in Asia, Platinum Winner,’ and ‘Most Authentic Asian Cuisine Restaurant, HAPA Best 10 in Asia Winner’ by the Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards. In 2017, Breeze was recognized by La Liste. In 2022, Breeze was recognized as Thailand’s Best Restaurant at World Culinary Awards.
The Design Concept
The ‘new face of Asian dining’ is an exceptionally beautiful face indeed, one that makes its first impression with a 25-meter neon-lit sky-bridge that connects the indoor and outdoor dining areas and gives the illusion of walking into the open sky as one descends from the bridge on an illuminated sandstone-hued staircase onto the outdoor dining area. These most salient elements of Bangkok’s highest open-air Asian restaurant, designed by DWP, are accented by water features, mirrors, and a chic modernist design.

To the right, perched on a precipice overlooking the city, you’ll find the celebrated Sky Bar, renowned for some of the city’s most creative cocktails. Connoisseurs flocked to lebua’s signature Mediterranean dining venue, and critics hailed it as an exciting new alternative offering fresh Mediterranean cuisine against the backdrop of perhaps the most exhilarating views in the city.
The vision of the restaurant comes to life through the interplay of food, wine, ambiance, and service. Impeccably delivered by an unobtrusive and knowledgeable wait staff, Sirocco’s clean and uncomplicated cuisine is the result of the culinary team’s ongoing quest for the best seasonal harvest, often featuring rare ingredients previously unseen in Thailand
For the proprietors, every dinner at Sirocco is a culinary journey into Mediterranean cuisine, which has taken some surprising turns as the chef explores his own Mediterranean roots. He tirelessly sources signature ingredients from one of the naturally richest regions on Earth.
In 2014, Sirocco earned the distinction of becoming the only restaurant in the country on the list of ‘Thailand’s Best Restaurants’ since 2010 to score a Perfect Ten in all four categories of Food, Wine, Ambience and Service. Distil is a lebua original—our grand old lady. She’s been eclipsed by Sky and joined by a few new kids on the block—Alfresco 64 next door; Pink and lebua no. 3 downstairs—but somehow she always manages to stay relevant (that’s how you know she’s a classic). Of course, it doesn’t hurt that Distil’s west-facing terrace is still the best place at lebua to watch the sunset. And that’s saying a lot in a destination blessed with these extraordinary views.
Distil is also lebua’s best spot to smoke a cigar (we have an exclusive selection of Davidoff cigars to choose from), or to have a cocktail before dinner at our two-MICHELIN-star Mezzaluna, just one floor up. Whether you like your cocktails classic or a touch more creative, Distil delivers. In fact, Distil is widely considered to be among the best cocktail in the city.
Distil, located on the 64th floor of the Tower Club at lebua, is known as Bangkok’s highest bar, and it’s on a mission to elevate the city’s cocktail scene to new heights. It offers unique innovations. Distil serves up innovative cocktails, premium beverages, and international cuisine, all in a setting that epitomizes purity in its most fundamental form. This modern venue with breathtaking views of Bangkok and the Chao Phraya River provides the perfect backdrop for business or leisure.
What sets Distil apart are its offerings of ultra-premium spirits and prestigious champagnes that can’t be found in any other outlet in Thailand.
Design concept
Regarding the design concept, the venue draws inspiration from its name, focusing on the essence of distillation. Distillation, the process of retaining only the best, serves as the main design theme. It’s a multi-faceted space that combines elements of a DJ bar, smoking lounge, restaurant, and oyster bar, using materials like onyx, glass, and wood to reflect the warmth and character of fine whiskey. The design also incorporates a sky cellar for personal wine tastings and repurposed dark teak wood for structural elements.

Perched 800 feet in the air on the 64th floor of the Tower Club at lebua, Alfresco 64 – A Whiskey Bar is the World’s highest outdoor whisky bar, offering connoisseurs and luxury jetsetters the ultimate whisky-drinking experience, along with stunning aerial views of the skyline and the Chao Phraya River.
“For whisky aficionados, with Alfresco 64, we will take drinking whisky to a new level of luxury experiences, just as we did with Champagne at the Flute Bar – A Champagne Bollinger Bar,” said Deepak Ohri, CEO of lebua Hotels & Resorts.
Artfully crafted by the world-class design team at DWP, the design concept of Alfresco 64 takes inspiration from the sleek contours of a luxury yacht, epitomizing the opulent lifestyle of the billionaire.
The world’s highest whisky bar is divided into three sections. The first section is an indoor area exquisitely designed to resemble an opulent yacht cabin, featuring lacquered rosewood flooring and sunken seating. The bar counter is meticulously crafted from large pieces of wood accentuated with curves and silver metal lines, resembling the dynamic lines of a luxury vessel. The front of the bar takes its design cues from a yacht’s bridge. The second section is the Heritage Room, specially created for VVIPs and can be used for a variety of special events, from private parties to whisky tastings. The last and most outstanding feature of the bar is the outdoor area, designed to resemble the prow of a luxury yacht, jutting out over the side of the building. It features comfortable couches and chairs, teak flooring, while a glass railing all along the edge allows for majestic views of the Chao Phraya River as you sip your drink of choice.
Furthermore, a dedicated focus group was employed to meticulously curate a selection of glassware and carafes, enhancing the whisky-drinking experience. These specialized vessels are meticulously crafted to accentuate the subtle tones of your libation, intensify its flavors and aromas, and provide a chilled sipping experience without the need for ice, resulting in a more indulgent tasting. Our knowledgeable and service-oriented staff will be readily available to provide in-depth information about the whisky you’re savoring. Once more, the launch of Alfresco 64 emphasizes lebua Hotels & Resorts’ commitment to establishing unique dining and beverage establishments that cater to the tastes of drink and food enthusiasts at the core of Bangkok.

Pink Bar made its grand entrance onto Bangkok’s nightlife scene on February 14, 2019, exuding the allure of a dusky pink femme fatale and the captivating charm of a Hollywood wiggle. Designer Scott Whittaker of DWP remarked, “I envisioned a place to be somewhere intimate and feminine, a space somewhere romance and love intertwine with cocktails and bubbles.”
Step out of the elevator on the 61st floor of The Dome at lebua, and instantly you’ll know. Our sky-high boutique champagne looks, tastes and smells pink. Experience our intimate, glamorous little bubble, decked out in ombre shades of rose and blush. It’s opulent—excessive, even—in the very best way.
Without a doubt, Pink Bar showcases the world’s finest champagnes, including the exquisite yet lesser-known Comptes de Dampierre, which Deepak Ohri, CEO of lebua Hotels & Resorts, personally sourced from France. Enveloped in shades of pink, the plush luxury of rosé velvet loungers envelops guests, while the double-height champagne cellar gleams alluringly and Bangkok’s cityscape radiates seductively below.
