100 Stories: “Everything happens in the kitchen. Life happens in the kitchen.”

… And when your whole restaurant happens in the kitchen you need to have a darn good stove! That stove, for Chef’s Table, is a Molteni.

Chef Vincent says: “First of all it's beautiful. The design is just impeccable. It's the Rolls Royce of stoves! It is luxury and performance.”

Indeed, Molteni is one of the most respected brands in the world of professional cooking. Each and every stove is different. Custom-crafted and assembled according to the chef’s needs and the designer’s preferences.

Designer Scott Whitaker says: “The stove is special to me because it looks stunning in cream enamel, with hand- forged cast iron and brass accessories that echo famous kitchens of past times. But for Chef, it is a technological feat because, while the Molteni is certainly sexy, it is not hot! Induction elements prevent heat from emitting anywhere other than into the metal pans.”

The stove was imported from Italy in pieces. It was then lovingly reassembled at level 61 by the Molteni specialists who flew in from Europe to hand over their masterpiece with pride and passion.
